Who We Are

Information We Collect

  • Identity & Contact Details: Full name, date of birth, delivery address, billing address, phone number, and email.
  • Health Information: Height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), medical conditions, current medications, and consultation questionnaire answers necessary to evaluate prescription suitability.
  • Payment Information: Payments are made by bank transfer. We store the transfer details needed to match your payment to your order (account holder name, IBAN, amount, payment reference and date). We never ask for or store card details.
  • Technical Logs: IP address, device type, browser settings, and access timestamps collected to ensure site integrity and fraud protection.

Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

  • Medical Assessment: To enable licensed European medical doctors to evaluate your eligibility and issue valid prescriptions (Rezepte) under Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR and § 22 BDSG.
  • Order Fulfillment: To allow registered partner pharmacies (Apotheken) and temperature-controlled logistics partners to dispense and ship your medication (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Legal Compliance: To fulfill mandatory medical, pharmaceutical (Arzneimittelgesetz - AMG), and tax record-keeping requirements under German law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Who Has Access to Your Data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or medical information. Data is shared exclusively with:

  • Independent doctors and clinical reviewers assessing your consultation.
  • Licensed dispensing partner pharmacies (Apotheken).
  • Cold-chain delivery couriers (such as DHL Express or UPS) strictly for delivery.
  • Secure technical hosting providers with servers located within the EU.

Security & Data Retention

  • Technical Safeguards: All site communications use end-to-end TLS/SSL encryption, with health records accessible only by verified clinical personnel on a need-to-know basis.
  • Storage Period: Medical and prescription records are archived in accordance with German statutory retention periods (typically up to 10 years). Incomplete, unsubmitted forms are automatically deleted after 30 days.
